An amazing video shows you the reason why you should always use the seatbelts when the airplane is still on the ground: a landing airplane almost collided with another airplane about to take off. The landing UTAir airplane has to immediately break off landing and pull back up to avoid a disaster.

The deadliest accident in aviation history was in a similair situation like this: On March 27, 1977, the crowded airport of Gran Canaria (Spain) did not had radar yet and there was a thig fog limiting sight. A KLM Boeing 747 was planning to take off while a PanAm Boeing was also on the runway. The two planes collided with 583 people killed, only 61 people survived the crash.
